Good Morning ladies......
Did everyone remember to weigh in yesterday? I did but I was to busy to post anything.
I was 133.5lbs last week and this week I am 132.5lbs.So I did lose 1lb.I weighed myself earlier this week and I was 130 lbs so I think that first couple of pounds are those fluid pounds.When I get down to the 129 area I will know for sure it is fat.
I did pretty good with the point system this week.I didn't write everything down like I should have but I knew how many I was taking in.But I knew.I could still work on not eating to many sweets.Thats ny downfall.
Breaking news with me....we are going to start trying to have a baby this month.Me and my friend sat down last night and figured out when I should be ovualting and when the best time is "to do it"
We will see how it goes.
There seemed to be something else I wanted to post but I can;t remember what it was!Oh well,
