Hey wendy: Are they nuts a WW? you are totally ok with up to 2 pounds per week!
Today i have done shoulders and arms from p90x. Now that i have done my chin-up my next goal besides two chinups is to see the outline (however faint) of my deltoids so i have been attacking my shoulders 2x a week!
today i used 20 pounds for 2 of the shoulder exercises. I have to say i really like the shoulders and arm workout combo.
Still havent done CCC but the day is still young!
BTW still haven't attampted your mountain climber challange
