WW Check In Week of 9/25 :)

Glad to hgear everybody had a great weekend!
I have been stsing my way and i finally have a rest week!
I tried thew atletica workout from Ilaria and LovE IT!:D

still haven't tried the body rock:eek: i'll admit it...i am scared:eek:

last month has really wiped me out and i am thinking that if this week is what i have to go by oct is gpoing to be equally as bad:( i am pooped!

food wise i have been cheating a little:(
Since i am going to weigh myself on Monday coming up i had better get my azz in gear!

off to wake up the kiddos and will bbl:D
 
Hello everyone. Today I went for my walk again. The medicine that I take for my vertigo makes me tired.

Hello Everyone!!

Today's workout was BR Booty Transformation, it is just 2 excercises, jumping rope with high knees & deep squats. I did the high knees without the rope. I have ceiling fans, so the rope would hit the fans.

Steph, after doing STS 6 times a week you've got to be loving that rest!! I am going to check out the clip of Athletica since you like it so much.

Today's eats were pretty good until my supervisor pulled out the cake & ice cream. His birthday & my wedding anniversary are on the same date(10/4), so he said we needed to celebrate. I did keep the portions small though.

I am sorry to say I am up 2.8lbs!!! This is so upsetting to me. I am thinking that I am not going to join this group any more because I am just staying the same for the past month and half. With the weight going up and down. I don't think it's it motivator to any one in this group. I just don't want to put you down. I am still going to try my hardest and stick to this program. I haven't really been eating or exercise this past week which might be the weight gain. But I just feel like I am just putting you all down. Maybe I will check in once in a while if I have a weight loss to give you the motivation. Sorry for the downer.
 
Barb, I've had times when I stayed the same & it does bring me down, but then I think of how far I've come. I refuse to give up. You said your meds make you tired, well that would make it difficult to workout. Can your doctor give you something else? We are supposed to be here when you need us. We all have bad days & we're not always going to be a ray of sunshine. Sometimes we just need to vent & that in itself can make you feel better. I hope you don't stop checking in. You don't have to always have a loss, you can tell us about anything & everything. Hope to hear from you soon.

Today's workout was HIIT 25. I went to Bible Study after work & got home late.
