Has anyone tried wrist weights for micro-loading? I have Cathe's 2 lb gloves, but find that I can't swap the weights out quickly since it's a pretty tight fit. I usually leave 1 lb in each glove and just make 1 lb adjustments. Trying to add more weight usually requires me to pause the workout. I'm trying to find a way to add more weight and am considering wrist weights. The ones I'm looking at allow for adjusting between 1 to 5 pounds. Any other suggestions?
