Wrist/Palm protector for Horizontal Conditioning?

Someone else wrote something about HC along the lines of "Cathe does these moves, too, so no need to buy the HC". That is really not true - she may do a FEW of the moves, but not for the duration that Sandy does, and it is the duration, I think, that makes all the difference. Plus, Sandy does some things that I think - How did she come up with this?

I agree that the basic HC moves are done by many other instructors.... Jillian and Bob Harper among them. The thing for me with HC is that I think the same thing you said.... "how did she come up with this?", but in a different way. I think she's trying too hard to re-invent some basic moves that don't need the props and the variation. The main one I'm thinking of is when she puts the body bar across the step and does the plank, push up work holding on to that. What is the point? I think that's an accident waiting to happen. If that bar rolls, it's going to hurt. I guess having injured myself in the past, I'm more conscious of those things. I've gotten great results from doing similar type moves from other instructors, but without all the odd prop combos. JMHO!

Alright, enablers, I too, have bought WAGs - AND I bought 2 pairs, the flex and the Pro, because I realized with the 35% off, I was essentially getting the flex pair for free. The discount was $31.48, and the Flex were $30 at the standard rate. I want to use the flex for cycling, lifting, and TRX, but I thought I might prefer the pro for the HC workouts. So excited about these!

Thanks!

You guys are killing my pocketbook!! I was thinking of buying the pros for HC but now I may need to buy the flex as well for cycling.
