I have done this LIHI about 6 other times, but on most, did not do finishers or just did two muscle groups of the three. Two days ago, I completed the entire LIHIBSB with finishers and tried to do the weights to failure. I was incredibly sore afterwards! The whole ribcage, abs, chest and triceps (not targets in this workout) were sore in addition to the expected back and biceps. I think as I got tired with the numbers of reps, I started pulling in anything that would help. The finishers really are finishers, I finally realized, and make the difference in the effectiveness of the program! I am an older person, and the whole trunk back and front really need to fight that awful aging sag! So I think this is a go to program I will go to more!
