First off, WOWSA! I did make it through disc 14, legs this morning! I am really not sure if I still "like" the paperplates! Boy oh boy are those things tough!

But, my real reason for the post is...

That poor troylight barbell you used to do your deadlifts with sure did look like it was sagging everytime you picked it up! I have never seen that before.

I don't know how much weight is on that thing, but I am soooo impressed! You are so very strong! I was using 25lb dumbbells to do those deadlifts and I was DEAD at the end! :eek:)

Mesocycle 2 is definitely going to produce major noticable results for me, I can tell already! I want to be ripped for you in July!

I did not notice Cathe's BB bending but I did notice her sense of humor.:D Just when I felt like quiting she would say something funny. Thanks Cathe.

I had to cheat and use my spare hand to lean on the back of my chair to do the side lunges with paper plates. It's true one side is more flexible than the other or I just don't trust my right knee.:rolleyes:
