She never lets up in that workout, does she? I just LOVE this one! I would be happy using it as my only lower body workout for the rest of my life. Well, OK...that's an exageration (did I spell that right?). But, I did Barry's Bootcamp lower body and puh-lease! NO comparison!!!!

I just feel so good. Can't wait to hit my 7:40 taekwondo class and see how long my legs last.
 
i completely agree! everytime i have a lower body workout on tap in a rotation, i find i sub B&G for it instead. LOVE IT!!!

B&G's is my favorite leg workout by far. When I first got the new series, I did it 3 times a week for 31 weeks. I finally decided that I did need some variety in my leg work. I always do my leg workouts on MWF - so, about 6 weeks ago I started doing B&G's on Mon. and GS Legs on Wed. and Legs and Glutes X-treme on Fri.

I always seem to overdo all of Cathe's new DVD's that way. I did the same with GS legs and with Legs & Glutes.
