Just started it yesterday and because of the rotation I was in before, I did the bi's and tri's yesterday and I'm did legs and shoulders today and all I can say is OH BABBBAAAY! :)I just love this challenge!!! I'll finish the trio tomorrow w/chest and back. IF I'm not too sore to move! LOL

So glad I got it and the DVD format is awesome!

Is there any better feeling in the world, than the feeling of having a strong body???
 
Can you tell me more?

Would you say that Slow & Heavy has a similar flavor to PS series? I'm teetering on the fence about getting S&H since I already have PS. Could you weigh in (pun intended) on the "feel" of these workouts?

I don't have PS..yet. I'm going to get it because I can't rest til I have it. LOL SO I can't honestly answer your question, but I imagine someone else here can.

Actually I think I want to have it as another alternative. I can't do S&H every day, but I can work parts during the week w/PS. I could do that w/my MIS too, but I need variety to stay fresh.
 
I agree that not much can come close to feeling strong and fit. I love this series too! And even body parts I usually don't enjoy training (biceps and chest) were fun with the slow and heavy method. Enjoy the Chest and Back tape - it's my favorite one. Have fun!
