Would you sign a pre-nup?

I have been married for 22 years. If I ever married again, I would definitely ask for a pre nup. Mostly to protect what belongs to my kids!

We have a very limited prenup...What we've purchased since we've been together will be split 50/50 (house, vehicles, etc...), or equity purchased...On the other hand, I had NO qualms giving up every right to the business that he owned prior to our relationship...I wonder if I ever smack him over the head with a frying pan and it's ruled an accident?? Hmmm!!! Hee-Hee!!!

By the way, we have a pre-nup. It covers divorce, but not death. We've worked hard to save for retirement, and I'm not going to let half of that go to his son and have to work ten extra years just because he dies first. His son, however, gets everything under both of our Wills when we're both gone.
