Would you recommend a 3rd week of CTX

I'm JUST starting my 3rd week of a comeback. I've done 2 weeks of CTX and am feeling AWESOME! I've got tons more energy, less stressed etc.

I'm not sure if I should do a 3rd week of CTX or start into intensity series, body blast or another rotation?

SInce I'm feeling so good I'm leaning to sticking with CTX.... Do you think 3 weeks is too much?

Definately not too much to do ctx for a third week if you want! Besides, you can do so much with ctx! If you are feeling more energetic and would like to push yourself more you can double up on the cardios or do 2 body parts per day instead of one. It's such a versatile series! I'd play with it a little for 2 weeks to make it a full month with ctx and then move on to the body blast series maybe...JMHO ofcourse! :)
 
Thanks Wendy! I went with that idea and if I feel great I may add another workout on.

You are right it sure is versitile.

Robyn, I put together my own rotation this month. Five days a week I'll do a CTX workout and day six a circuit. I'll be finishing this month with the series. I like what I've been doing so much that I may continue through November.
