Would like to contact one of the girls from Cathe's videos...is there an email?

Hi there:

I was reading the bios on the girls who participate in your videos. One of the girls has a background similar to mine...she was working in a field completely different from what she is doing now. I too am trying to get into the world of fitness and come from an insurance/financial background. I wanted to see if I could ask her some questions. Is there a place on this site that I could ask these questions to her.

I don't know about contacting one of the girls but I do know that several of the posters on this forum are certified and have a ton of experience in the field of fitness. try (unless you already have!) posting over in the open discussion forum perhaps! I'm sure you will get some feedback!
