Hi, I am new to Cathe, and I have found that I love her workouts. I only have the body blast dvds, pyramid upper and lower, and kickmax. OH yeah, I also have the beginer step and weights dvd. Cant remember the name of it, I let a friend borrow it. I think my DH will be getting me the Hardcore Series for Christmas and I have ordered the new ones. I was just wandering if anyone has any rotation ideas for incorporating the body blast series with pyramid. I tend to do KPC when given the chance, it is my favorite, although I know I need to incorporate the others. Thanks for any suggestions.
