I am new to the forums here but wanted to enlist some advice since I can't make up my mind and could use some help of some seasoned Cathletes
I want to take full advantage of the sale that ends this week so I want to get the 30% discount and buy 10 DVD's. Can any of you share if there is anything that I should have that I am missing, or that you think any Cathe Fan should have in their repetiore?
I consider myself to be be an intermediate exerciser, but am working toward advanced. I like a challenge and high intensity workouts, but also like something for those days when need to workout but need it to be lighter. I don't need low impact, but I think it's good to throw in my mix because sometimes my joints are tired and achy. It's more of a preventative joint thing too. I like to strength train and do cardio equally. I don't care too much for kickboxing, (but maybe I should give it more of a try.) I like step a lot, but don't want it to be do dancy or complicated. I don't care too much for floor aerobics, unless it's plyo.
Here is what I currently own:
STS (36 disc, not 40) which I haven't done yet
CoreMax
GymStyles x 3
Cardio Hits
Muscle MAx
Low Max
Imax 3
4DS
PUB/PLB
Strectch Max
Low Impact Step (don't do anymore as an interm. stepper; too slow)
Basic Step/Body Fusion (don't do anymore as an interm. stepper; too slow)
Here's what's in my cart:
Butts & Guts
HiiT
Drill Max
Slow & Heavy
Power Hour
Boot Camp & ME
Body Max 2
Low Impact Circuit
Intensity
Imax 2
I am not sure about Imax2. Maybe SJP/Step Blast? I think I would like the less dancy Imax2 but I don't see myself using the cardio and weight portion because it's seems to "light". I also had SS/PP in my cart but I don't see it mentioned too much and saw that it was a little low on the intensity side. I don't like it when I "outgrow" a dvd and it sits there. That's why I always get tougher dvd's to work up to and to keep me challenged and pushing myself.
I appreciate any advice/opinions and most of all appreciate your time!
I LOVE Cathe, if it weren't for her....well I shudder to think
I have searched ALOT on these forums to help me with my dvd purchases and it has helped. I don't have any friends who do Cathe so I feel like you are the only ones I can relate to on my Cathe addiction! It's good to feel understood on my Cathe craziness!
Thanks again,
Kristy.
