When you answered Lily's earlier question about increasing arm definition you said to do the PS Upper Body tapes with medium weights rather than heavy ones.

My question is what do you consider to be a medium weight for these upper body muscles? Is it less than you and your crew are using on the tapes, or about the same?

Any kind of ballpark figure you could provide would be appreciated. TIA
