Would a rotation like this be possible?

Hi Cathe,

I just watched the clips on YouTube and they have me all psyched up! Push ups!!!

My question is, would you be willing/able to design a rotation that includes figuring out your 1RM on different exercises? Is it possible to do this and get a reasonable weight workout in? For example, on Monday maybe we can do our 1RM test for 4-5 exercises, Tuesday cardio, etc. I really want to figure out my 1RM to prepare for STS but just don't know where or how to fit it in.

1RM rotation

Hi Steph! What a great thought but unfortunately this would not work as an optimal rotation. Yes, finding your 1 RM is a little time investment but you only have to do it once, and boom, its done. Plus the results that follow when being this precise are so worth it. I suggest finding your 1RM on just a few exercises before your regular scheduled workout every day. Before you know it you will have them all done and be ready to go when STS arrives in your home. Here is a link to help you get started ....
