Good morning everyone. No HIIT today just an easy 3 or 4 mile run. It has felt weird not doing so much cardio but I did about 75 minutes of shoulder, bicep and tricep exercises yesterday afternoon. Felt really good. I am doing PS floor legs before my run and then S&H Chest and Back. Also adding on some ab work. Have a great workout...
