WOROUT tuesday 4-27

Good morning everyone. No HIIT today just an easy 3 or 4 mile run. It has felt weird not doing so much cardio but I did about 75 minutes of shoulder, bicep and tricep exercises yesterday afternoon. Felt really good. I am doing PS floor legs before my run and then S&H Chest and Back. Also adding on some ab work. Have a great workout...:)...Carole
 
Ok after yesterday's disasterous workouts I did Circuit Max today and added in the abs from Body Max. So at least I feel like I did something today!!:eek: :) I have to get 5 teeth filled this afternoon so I will be spending an hour in the dentist chair.:eek: :(

My knee has been troubling me after Sunday's lower body experience. And after my run yesterday it got a bit worse, so today I just did the KPC ab workout. Wanna run this Sunday!

Hello everyone

I did HIIT this morning on the nordictrack -- Carole style. Though instead of 90 sec I did 60 sec intervals --easier math...:) It was my first time doing HIIT on the NT and it was great! Thanks Carole! After that I did PUB lower body, the whole nine yards. PUB UP abs for dessert. I was wiped out. Too bad I had to go to work, I could've taken a little nap...
 
I am so glad you liked it, Mari. The interval workout I did was one I got from a Runner's World article as I don't go to a track for intervals this one works for running. You are welcome. Tomorrow I am going to try Imax2 Blast Mania. I got the info about it from another post and having the Terminator DVD and my DVD/VCR player I copied the blasts and recoveries only on a VHS tape for what I would think to be a HIIT style workout.
Dutchie...I do hope your knee heals up for the run, I am looking forward to my run this Sunday myself!...:)...Carole
