Workouts Minutes Per Week - Please respond

I work out about 70 minutes per day 6 days a week , so 420 minutes per week for me. My time is split about 50-50 cardio and weights (and core). Stretching is a weak point. Core used to be, but I'm working on it more diligently:p .

Now if only I didn't enjoy food so much.....:9

I usually workout from 300 to 600 minutes per week depending on time, and inclination and what I am training for. In my university days I used to do 800 minutes, but that's unrealistic for me now - plus more isn't better if it is junk training (ie just training to burn calories) - there's a huge motivator called PLEASURE that drives my training, not how may calories I burn or if I'm going to get fat or not :)

Hello everyone!!

I generally work out about 500-700 minutes a week, I do cardio at least 4-5 days per week for 60-90 minutes, and weights with different body parts 5-6 days per week for 60-100 minutes. I was doing abs every day and then realized that I could be defeating the purpose, so now I train my abs like all my other muscles..generally 4 days per week.

Kudos to you ladies that are doing 900 minutes per week! You guys ROCK!!;) :)

Most of the time, under an hour6 days per week. BUT I always try to get in extra "movement" to get the step total up on my pedometer. On a non-scheduled exercise day I'll go to the mall and walk. I set my own personal record on Thursday with over 23,000 steps!
