I did CTX kickbox last night and could not believe that I was not pouring with sweat like I usually am and that I actually breezed right through the workout! Could I be getting stronger?
Wait! Before you do the BB....do Cardio Kicks...reaaaaally test your new-found cardio / endurance!!! heheheh }( }( }( ....then, to a Terminator workout.....

Definitely, once a workout does not seem "that" hard...its time to kick-it up a notch. Keep it up.....you are doing great!
