Workouts Dec. 15

Wow! I'm never first:) Hope everyone is well!

Today I was a stepping fool. I did SI step then MIC step only then combo 3 and blast from Step Blast. I love choreography and this was a very fun and challenging mix.

I love the way my plyo moves are feeling since beefing up my lower body workouts:).

Hi good morning.I am the second. Today for me is KPC. I have seen yesterday Step max in my television and it is great. Maybe I will do two segments of SM or bootcamp cardio and lower premix or both. Let's see. Have a great day.

I did SI and Imax intervals last night. I want to get as high as Cathe on the airborne jax. x( It was a great sweat fest for me.

Can't wait to hear how Wendy did with the mish-mosh.}(

Good morning, all you hard workers. Wow, you guys put together some intense cardios!

This morning I did Step Jam - an oldie, but a great one. Perfect for a day when I didn't want to work too hard. Then I did CW core, and SH Shoulders. Laurie, no numb finger yesterday; I'll see how it goes after all that shoulder work. Thanks for your icing advice; I'll definitely try that if stretching doesn't work.

Hey Ladies! sounds like there has been some sweating going on today!!! y-day i finnaly ended up doing imax2 blast mania and lower body from BF. today i am feeling like a little SJP :)

here in Texas, we finally got some "cold" weather (in the 30's) and i am lovin' it! yesterday, i was out on the riding mower in my parka freezing to death, but it was the first day it has been dry enough to mow. My face is chapped! x( but my grass is short. i felt Very productive!

Hi Ladies,

I ended up doing spinning instead of running yesterday, so today I will run 8 miles. I could not get up this morning and do my PUB I was beat from all the holiday events.

I did an advance Taebo today for a change of pace. Trying to mix things up a bit and see if my weight will come back down. I know it will be easier once the holidays are over.:+ :(

Hi everyone,

This morning was just a 4 mile walk-it was supposed to be a rest day but I just feel like crap if I don't do something. In fact, it was a Leslie Sansone video-it was perfect for a rest day but a bit on the boring side-Hey, how exciting can it be when all you do is walk in place for an hour?:)

Laurie Mac - I wimped out last night on the mish mosh because I was feeling a bit tight from PLB yesterday morning. So, I decided to do the Gauntlet (I know now that makes no sense but at the time it did;)). I thought it might be easier than what A-Jock put together in her mish mosh. Hopefully this weekend I'll get to do it and I'll let you all know how it goes.

Talked to Sharon from Active You last night and ordered the outfit from CoreMax and the tankini from IMAX 3(Christmas gift from DH). Another pair of pants I want are on backorder till February. She thought I would get my order on Friday so I can't wait!!!:+ :+

Hi again.My workout for the day is done.I have done KPC and step max.I have done great the two first segments of SM .I have enjoied the pendulom across the board, the jamp freze,the six runs over the step etc.I have done two workouts today. I can not believe it but it is true. Huuuuw.

I am proud of you Mariangles, but NOT suprised. if i worked out with you, i would drop dead :eek: i just finished my WO too. I keep attempting to do SJP in it's entireity, but i can't do the HI/LO portion to save my life! It kills my feet to do all that jumping. does anyone else have this problem? i wear Rykas, i have puzzle mats, thick socks...do any of you use those padded things that go in your shoes? do they work very well? maybe i will try those.

so i did step only of sjp and then upper split of ME. my arms are fried! I am going to have to start doing the abs portion first because my arms are too fried to hold my head up otherwise.

Today for me was Legs & Glutes and S & H abs...Only my second time doing L&G, but it is fast becoming a favorite LB workout for me.

Hi all!

Today was my advanced step class and since my gym doesn't know the meaning of temp. control it was like working out in a sauna...ughhh!

Jes, no you are not the only one...I feel the same way...everything from my knees to my ankles feels shattered when I do hi/lo which is why I hardly ever do it anymore...the SJP portions are the only ones I can tolerate actually, any longer than that and I feel like crap afterwards:-( x(
