Workouts after a cold?

If you've got an all-out head cold with bronchitis (viral, no antibiotics, no fever), how long do you wait until you try to workout again? Am currently on day 5 of this rotten virus. Thought I might do some easy cardio this morning, but I spent the first hour after I woke up coughing, so that was the end of that idea. Anyone have any suggestions? Am doing the rest, keep warm, drink lots of fluids thing. My head is completely stuffed today, though the sneezing part seems to be over.
 
I personally wait until I feel better. If you can't breathe, you can't workout. Your body also needs to use its energy to heal and fight the virus, not to recover from a workout. Be easy on yourself.
 
Sounds as tho you need REST and Meds ;-) I haven't worked out in over a week almost two Dam! But, I was really SICK some form of alien virus :-( :-( I'm still weak but a whole lot better, I'm taking my antibiotics to clear this thing up. Good luck and get more rest regain your strength, give it a few mores days :)

Yeah I know two weeks is a longgg time. Now, I am sooooo ready to get back to my workout. I'm going to do P90x Plyometrics tomorrowm that ones pretty easy. Have a great day :)
