If you've got an all-out head cold with bronchitis (viral, no antibiotics, no fever), how long do you wait until you try to workout again? Am currently on day 5 of this rotten virus. Thought I might do some easy cardio this morning, but I spent the first hour after I woke up coughing, so that was the end of that idea. Anyone have any suggestions? Am doing the rest, keep warm, drink lots of fluids thing. My head is completely stuffed today, though the sneezing part seems to be over.
