Hi Mecelizabeth! I would say no more then 3 times per week. If you want to do more cardio, do another form of cardio activity so that your mind and body don't burn out on the same activity. The more often you do one specific activity, the faster your body acclimates to it....and once it gets too used to it, your results slow down. Another thing to be aware of is overuse injuries. By not varying your program, your body is at a higher risk for overuse injuries due to too much stress being placed on it in exactly the same way.
