Gooood Mooooorning to you all,

Ran 7K with Rover. It was only 14C (55F) this morning. Cloudy and no sun.

After a 30min break which allowed me to have my usual shake, I added MIS, but I skipped the lunges (really bother my knees) and the ab section at the end, as I'm expecting unwelcome visitors an hour from now. Then I have to take the car to the garage, cause someone hit the rear while trying to park. And I wanna go to the market to get a load of fruit. I'll hope I won't be too pooped to do the abs later today.

Well, I'm off for my shower and then tidy up the living room.

Hi Dutchie....cool weather sounds wonderful...it was about 100F here yesterday! I really like MIS but yes be careful with the knees. I hope the visit goes okay...I am doing P90X Shoulders & Arms and Ab RipperX and maybe some cardio if I have time...enjoy the day....:)
 
Hi all, I did Legs and Glutes today for variety, and during the exercises that I didn't do I inserted shoulder work since it is supposed to be a shoulder day too. Worked pretty well. My legs are still feeling it and probably will the rest of the day.

And of course the cat peed in the bed again, usually he doesn't do it during the day. Now I have to do smelly laundry!!!}( :( UHG!! Not what I wanted to do today.

OH yea today is my middle son's 10th birthday!!! Happy Birthday to Jeremiah!!!!:7 :D :)
 
Cool weather is nice, true, but you know, it is Summer and I'd love to see the sun instead of grey skies with showers with the sun occasionally breaking thru. Usually when I'm in the office... x(

Hello girls! It's been a long time I hope you're all okay. I haven't been on the posts lately because I'm having computer problems. I think I have to start a budget to buy a new one x( . Anyway, I'm not on the CTX rotation anymore. I'm doing a rotation with an emphasis on cardio, circuit training and total body weight training workouts for 6 weeks. Today it's Boot Camp day. Oh my! Take care everybody.
