So noone worked out yesterday? Were we all a little lazy ladies?

I did Imax2 today and added ME UB only (so not to aggrevate my knees). Hope it helps in making me running just a teeny weeny few seconds faster per K. Would love to run 5K in sub 30 minutes.

Sofar I have made it through ToTM without chocolates and cookies. That would be a first.

Lazy????? I was so busy working double hours before my vacation! But I did exercise -- 20 min strairmaster and G&L.
I'm sure you'll do that 5k under 30 min -- just keep running!
 
I do think Imax2 should be helpful for running. I bet you will get under 30 for a 5K... I think yesterday I was just being lazy about posting...:)...I did abs from S&H, PS shoulders, triceps, biceps and P90X Core Synergistics. Today I should be doing KenpoX but I want to run and maybe do some speedwork after MIS Legs and back. Good for you Dutchie getting thru TOTM without chocolate, I can get past the cravings....but I do get kinda b---hy...:)....Carole
 
Hello girls

Now here is what I did this morning. 20 min cardio, PUB abs again with medball plus all the pikes! Yikes! And P90X Sh-Arms. What a great wo! I upped my weights from what I did 3 weeks ago. I feel just sooo goood!

I guess nobody wanted to start the thread yesterday. Yesterday I did Slow and Heavy Back and abs off of MIS and a KPC premix minus the abs.:)

Today I did Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders off of MIS and abs off of PSSL&A.:D I rode the bike during lunges though, but I did do the first preexhaust ones before the squats.:+ :D
