Afternoon all,

Rover and I did a 10K run. Because of the numerous walk breaks it took us 1.22hrs to complete.

BTW At the moment I'm running in big 5K circles. And I let Rover run free for a 2.5K stretch (no roads), then put him on a leash for about another 2.5K where we have to run on a road (a car passes about every 5 minutes). And simply repeat the same stretch. I think we both enjoy the run without the leash. He can decide how fast he wants to run. And there's plenty of time when we run with the leash to learn him to stay close to me instead of pulling me ahead. I have to admit though, Rover would probably call my "running" a fast walk :) That's what he does :)

Hi Dutchie...sounds like you are having a great time with Rover. Sounds so fun! The weather got fairly hot yesterday here...108! Today I'm doing Ab RipperX and YogaX...have a great day ladies...:)...Carole
 
Hi all, I did MIS' Legs, shoulders and abs today. Thought a little variety was in order. After my cycle I am finally back down below goal again, so I am happy about that. :7

Dutchie, you are really enjoying your new dog and that is great. Maybe he will be a good protector also should you run on a lonely deserted road someday!! :D

Hello ladies

I had a good wo in the morning then a nice day on the beach with the kids.:)
Gorgeous weather, it was the prefect day to be there. Anyway,

20 min intense rowing -- hr 162-164
KPC abs -- med ball for most of the moves
P90X Back and Biceps upped the weights on biceps for 20 lb
