Leftover codeine and a lot of pillows helped me sleep last night. My throat is like sandpaper this morning. And my voice is terrible. No yelling at my kids today
We did P90X Shoulders&Arms. Ran out of time, so we'll do Ab Ripper this afternoon. I've noticed that most of you ladies workout about 90minutes a day. How do you do that?
