Good Morning! Nice mix on a full body workout Carole, how long are the 'x' workouts? You seem to be getting your money's worth from this series, don't you just love a good return on your investment?!:)

Today I worked out extra long, (guilty pleasure!!) I did CTX kickboxing, KPC high intensity drills followed by CTX biceps and 45 minutes power yoga. I'm feeling yesterday's Timesaver Legs workout but had no trouble with the 2 long sets of power scissors in CTX Kickbox. I guess all of that endurance pays off too!!

Hi Ladies,

I did PLB this morning and will try to run this evening. I had to spin yesterday because it has been raining very hard down here. I'm probably going to be spinning tonight too. I hate running on the treadmill.

Hi everyone,

Just did Ab Ripper yesterday after two months of dust gathering. Boy can I feel it today:)

But, no sore legs, though my legs were feeling kinda heavy when I did my 5K run. For some reason, my biceps were sore today. But I did PUB up premix anyway, incl. the abs.

Rover actually bit someone yesterday:( The guy was so mad he was threatening to beat the crap out of my man (would have to find one first). Have never encountered anyone so aggressive before. I've had people be really angry before but it was always in a polite, civil way. Guess I've been leading a very sheltered life. Anyways, I did call the trainer (we'll have our first obedience class Tuesday) and she already gave some advice. According to her, Rover is trying to climb up the social dog ladder. Well we can't have that, can we.

Yesterday was BootCamp. Today is walking the dog 45 minutes and pilates for an hour. Stay strong! Susan
 
Good Morning,

This morning I woke up with extra energy and decided to try the Gauntlet for the first time - it's tough but I'm not a real big fan of compound exercises.

Mariángeles- Is Power Hour sort of like Muscle Endurance?

Holy Cow Laurie - what a workout-good for you - don't you just love it when you have all that energy to put into your workout!:)

Dutchie - Good luck with school - every day that passes means your one step closer to being done:) And as for that guy that your dog bit - unfortunately, some people are just jerks so don't worry about it!x( Besides, maybe Rover bit him because he knew the guy was a jerk -GO ROVER!;) Almost makes you wish Rover bit him harder;)

This is my first time being around for a presale and a new series - It is SOOOOO exciting!!! I can't wait to see the pictures!!!:+:+ :+

My work for the day is done.I have done power hour and the bootcamp premix with cardio and lower body.It has been intense.I sweat bullets but it is so much fun.See you tomorrow.
