Good morning! Today is Legs from MIS and Legs & Glutes till the ankle weight extensions. S&H shoulders and cardio from Imax1 and Imax2..Yes Mari, those pikes yesterday were hard....had to modify......:)...Carole
 
Ever just not be able to get into a workout??!!:+ I think I have been doing the same rotation too long,even though this week is the last week of it. I reluctantly did the standing legwork only of PS legs and abs, then I did a premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch and really got into it. My heel really didn't hurt much so I put alot into it. I think the less cardio thing is really starting to catch up with me. Hopefully later on I won't be paying the price. So that is what I did.

Hello everyone

Late and laisy start today, kids had a delayed opening because of all the snow we've got here in NJ.}(
So... 40 min cardio, at a rather low hr -- I just didn't have it in me today. It was followed by PUB legs -- now that was better. I was using the same weights as C and the crew.
My new Terminator came yesterday, so I'd better feel strong tomorrow!

Macska I'm jealous!! I just LOVE those 2 hour school delays.

Well today I did oldie but goody Mega step blast, and I am going to try to get some abs in tonight.
