I have six of Cathe's videos. Love them all! Ordering Body Max 2 this week. I want to start lifting weight on a weekly basis. Cannot decide whether I should get the STS strength or Hardcore Series.Any suggestions?

If your focus is on strength training, I'd suggest STS. Because there are three mesocycles and a lot of variety each week within each mesocycle in terms of the numbering and ordering of the drills, it'll keep you occupied for a loooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggg time. And make sure you get the whole package, with the alternative leg strength disc (that substitutes for the Plyo Legs workouts when desired) and the Ab Circuits DVD.
