Workout variation

Hello
I have been working out for about 3 years now -I usually work 5-6 days per week alternating cardio and weights. I have a bowflex and it works for me. I am looking for some variation and a friend of mine told me to check out your videos for weight training. Can you recommend a series of tapes that would suit my needs for weight training and cardio.

Hi Angie! Nice to hear from you. I can recommend the pure strength series for weight training (three part series), however, for cardio, I do not know your interests. I offer, step, kickboxing and hi/lo workouts. An advanced kickboxing workout would be Cardio Kicks, an advanced step workout would be Step Fit, and advanced combination cardio tape(step and hi/lo)would be Maximum Intensity Cardio, and an advanced total body workout (weights and cardio) would be Body Max. There are many others but these are just some suggestions.

I also have the Cross Train Express Series which contains a 30 minute cardio workout along with one body part for weight training per tape (6 tapes total), however, if you are not familiar with my cardio routines, I do not think that would be a series for you to start with.
