Did PUB/PLB bonus workout, doing leg press and lunges without any weights and adding KPC abs. I could still feel my abs from Sunday's Ab Ripper
Hi Dutchie....sounds like a good workout for you. I really hope your knee heals up. I read your other post yesterday and no, I didn't know about your right knee. Yes, the 5K was a miracle for you and the 10K...WOW. I do believe there is hope that this knee will also heal, it just will take time and patience. I know how hard it was for me the last 11 months with my achilles and the races I missed...very frustrating x(
AbRipperX is defintely a killer workout, as this is my last week on the P90X rotation not sure exactly what I am going to do next? Today is a long workout for me. One of Cathes leg workouts, a 5 mile run and P90X Core Synergistics (one of my favorites!)...enjoy the workouts ladies......Carole
Well, my finger is broke. A piece of the knuckle on my pinky finger is dislodged. MD wants me to have more xrays but I don't have the money right now and from everyone I've talked to they won;t end up doing anything because it will heal itself. Anyway, I'm wearing a splint right now which makes it very hard to write and type so needless to say my posts for the next few weeks will be short(well for me anyway )
Did legs and glutes for the first time today - I will be feeling that one tomorrow! Tried to do KPC abs but I just wasm't feeling that strong today.
I am so sorry Wendy....wow a broken finger I would think is painful. I know I played volleyball in High School and as a setter I got my fingers jammed a few times....but never broke. The splint should help...and I believe it should heal. It's good you can still workout.......Carole
Dutchie, maybe you should rest that knee all together for a while. Leg presses are not exactly knee friendly workouts IMHO -- but of course you know how you feel. Do you have any access to an elliptical trainer or swimming? You know, that traditional knee recovery stuff? Hope you get better soon!
Wendy, once I broke my pinky too due to a dog accident -- the leash got stocked somehow. You just have to wait it out. Good thing you can still workout.
Yesterday I didn't have time to post, took my 2 kids and 4 friends to Six Flags...
But I did 20 min hill running and 5 min walking lunges on the treadmill, plus HSAT cardio - upperbody. Those walking lunges were killers!
Today probably I'll do 1 hr cardio and 30 min core.
Wendy I am sooo sorry about your finger. I am sure it will heal just fine.

I did Pyramids Upper body Shoulders, Triceps and biceps and abs only today with 10-10-10 as my cardio. Boy, I thought Slow and Heavy Chest was the only one to make be sore, not true anymore, LOL!! Pyramids did it to me also. I am sore this morning.
And another question, after doing those killer biceps on PUB, how does Cathe expect us to hold that stability ball out in front of us for the abs??!? }( Huh??! Just how are we supposed to do that?!LOL!! My stability ball is bigger than theirs I think since I am taller and my arms were killing me trying to hold that ball.
