It's an absolutely gorgeous day and I just finished an absolutely gorgeous run:) :)

Sun was out, whisps of cloud in the sky, a perfect 65F with little wind. I ventured out on a new route, running part of the dike around this really big lake. It was just me, Rover, the ducks and a small boat out on the lake:) And ofcourse the sound of a passing car now and then interrupting my state of mind.

I just didn't want this run to end. It was my greatest run ever!! An absolutely amazing run. I was taking it really easy cause I already did a long run on Sunday, but also cause I just wanted to keep on running.

Turned out to be a 12K run with no walkbreaks in less then 90 minutes.

Sounds like a great run Dutchie! I love that feeling when you could run forever...:)...I am doing PS standing legs and then PlyoX today. I go into work a bit later so I might even be able to lay in the sun awhile....have a great workout ladies...:)...Carole
 
Great Job on the run Dutchie!

I just finished Bootcamp - now I am showered and ready to go to work. I have a birthday party after work tonight so I am going to try really hard to eat clean tonight - especially after I devoured a BIG bag of cinnamon bears(my guilty pleasure) yesterday!(my husband knows I love them so he buys them for me once in a while but I had to tell him to stop because I can't just eat one or two! :eek: )

HI all, I did a Kick, Punch and Crunch premix, and abs only (no planks) off of Power Hour.:D

Cycle finally started on day 38 so hopefully my weight will continue to come back down, I was down a half a pound this morning which was good.:7

Congrats to you on your great run!

Boy, I'm tired today. I've been working too much lately... Anyway, I did 50 min cardio today -- with some very intense rowing in it -- followed by PLB only "ups" then the stability ball part.

I have to tell you guys that last night I did cardio in the evening and my son joined me. He was running while I was biking and we were watching Hidalgo together. What a great quality time!:) :) :)
