I did P90X legs (without the back because I just ran out of time).

Tonight, I'll try to do the SJP w/o I was supposed to do yesterday. Plus Ab Ripper.

Hi Dutchie...I think alot of people do P90X Legs without doing the back. I did Ab Ripper too yesterday after a week of not doing it. In the rotation I am following Ab Ripper is not in the recovery week. Today I am doing PLB standing legs and PlyoX...have a great workout ladies...:)...Carole
 
Hi all, I did Slow and Heavy Back with no superman or planks, I was rushed to get cardio in too before taking ds to tennis. I did get it in and did Body Max's step portion only with cooldown.:D I didn't get abs in but the day is young.:7
