Good morning ladies.....my favorite P90X today Plyometrics! I will do Leaner Legs first and maybe some stability ball abs....can't wait.....enjoy the workouts....:)...Carole
 
Hello ladies,
Today is Terminator-Xtreme and S&H tris/bis. Yesterday, was hot here so I never made it outside. I did have a great workout though at work. I did S&H: Chest/back and Legs/shoulders; and stepblast. I slept like a log for 9 hours. I feel great this morning.

Beautiful morning here in NJ, bright and sunny finally after those gloomy rainy days. I had a real good workout today too:
20 min intense row
AbRipperX
Plyometric
PH legs

My legs were definitely shaky during PH even though I only had 35lb.

Hi ladies,

I did Pure Strength Back, with abs then I did the Cardio Conditioning premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch then did the Power Drills off of Cardio Kicks. Drank 80+ oz. of water during my workout. Whew!! I will be in the bathroom all day long!!LOL!!:+ :7

Anyway after my cycle ended I was back down in weight and all my carb cravings have gone away so that is good. Still about 2 pounds from goal.:D

Jeez you ladies have been busy! Now I really feel guilty.:(

Temperature around here has jumped from 19C on Sunday to 30C (92F) today. As it was only 14C when I went to work this morning I didn't notice until I left work late afternoon. I didn't know what hit me. As I cycled home I decided not to do my scheduled run. It would only cause a major headache (literally) and probably would not be a very pleasant experience. But I don't have an airco so popping in a dvd and workout with Tony or Cathe wasn't an option either. I have to start paying better attention to the weather forecast and run at 6AM if it's going to be like today.

I hate how the weather goes up and down in these parts. You can never aclimatise to higher temperatures. It will be 20C (66F) again tomorrow. I'll do my run then and add on the P90X arms&shoulders as scheduled.

Yes Suzanne....nice to see a new workout buddy! Dutchie, don't worry about missing the run. You do have to be careful in the heat. I usually run very early in the summer as it can get up to 120F here! I think you will like Arms & Shoulders, I learned some new exercises with that one.....:)...Carole
