I did Imax2!!! First time all the way through! i'm so happy that I made it. I only went at about 60% because I wanted to pace myself. I'll work on my form and pushing myself later. Great, great workout. I know this is going to be one of my favorites.

I"m doing the Intensity Series Rotation. Kicking my rear!

Busy busy week, workouts are jumbled up into 2 different segments. This morning I did PS Back only with the abs, this afternoon I did the warm up, and 1st 4 cardio only of Circuit Max with cooldown. Not a bad workout for a rush job. I have to go and pick up 2nd son from tennis then take all 3 to my oldest son's piano lesson.

Forgot to set my alarm clock (honest) and woke up a little after 6AM. Too late to do a decent work out. And don't have time to do one after work...sigh

Hello everyone!

Started out with 20 min easy biking followed by PlyoP90X. After that High Step cardio and lower body.
