Ok I did a basic and 8 min. taebo and the abs off of All Step!! Was supposed to do PSSLegs and Abs but just didn't feel up to it. I will do it later in the week. My heel is really hurting and the injection site for the 2nd cortisone shot get infected:-( so it hurts now more with a shoe on than without one.
I do have an appointment to get casted for orthotics(having to pay for them out of pocket:-( ) but not until early April. So I will be in pain for a little while until I can get them.
Carole, I did those pikes too today! PUB back and biceps +abs. It was after 50 min of cardio. Today I created my own step class! Not that I don't enjoy Cathe, but I was listening to this really funky music, and I just got into the mood for my own creations.
Gotta love those endorphins...
