WORKOUT Thursday 4-29

Good morning everyone. Today I'll do Karen Voights floor legs, a 4 mile run, MIS chest and back (maybe some more too) and some abs. Dutchie my training is going well. I am not running as much or hard this week as that is usually what I do before a (race)run. I know I won't be nearly as fast as I had before, I just want to complete the distance without any achilles pain. I do hope your knee does well in your race this weekend....Good luck!....Mari, I was going to ask about your appetite when you decreased your cardio and increased your weights. Mine has decreased a bit. Which is good....:)...Carole

I am going to do Step-Pump & Jump today. Finally feeling better but now I have a nagging cough and STILL can't get rid of the headache that's been plagging me since I got step. But I feel human again today so that's a start!

Did you realize that there are 2 Thursday workout posts, the first one was started by Dutchie further down the list. Oh well, maybe I will post under both so her post doesn't feel left out. I did a 51 min. premix off of KPC, then ran back out to have the filling in one of my teeth filed down I could feel it with my tongue and it was driving me batty.

Hello Everyone

I had a funny morning. Usually I'm looking forward to working out, but today I was just dragging my butt. I am making the same mistake I did in the past so very often -- increasing intensity and weights at the same time -- and the result is -- tired.

Anyway, I did 30 min on the Nordictrack and a mixture of legs from Push-Pull, Supersets and the ankle weights part of L&G. For abs I did PP abs ( I think)

Carole, I'm hungry as a wolf all the time -- it's not even funny.
