Good morning everyone. Today I'll do Karen Voights floor legs, a 4 mile run, MIS chest and back (maybe some more too) and some abs. Dutchie my training is going well. I am not running as much or hard this week as that is usually what I do before a (race)run. I know I won't be nearly as fast as I had before, I just want to complete the distance without any achilles pain. I do hope your knee does well in your race this weekend....Good luck!....Mari, I was going to ask about your appetite when you decreased your cardio and increased your weights. Mine has decreased a bit. Which is good....
