I like your plan.....
I rowed for about 30 min then I did P90X Back and Biceps. I used the heaviest possible weights. Man, that's a good workout.... At the static biceps curls my hr was a whooping 150! Talking about working hard.
Now off to work...

Hi Ladies,

I have not been able to workout since Monday. I set up my equipment to workout with Cathe and as I bent down to get the remote I threw my lower back out. My doctor gave me a muscle relaxer for the night and I will be going to the Chiropractor tonight. I hope that he can adjust my back.

Hi ladies,

Push Pull today and I am stubbornly incorporating Denise Austin's Ultimate Fat Burner (cardio only). This workout always gets my heart rate up pretty high since I only do it 2X a month. Have a nice day!

Hi Josie....I have done that same thing bending wrong to pick up weights!! I have a great Chiro (he is also my nephew) I go on a regular basis and anytime I do this to my back they are able to adjust it...good luck...:)...Carole
 
Hi All: Taught a BodyPump class this a.m., had a lot of fun and worked HARD!!
Worked my legs giving 3 deep tissue massages today and am cursing the tail end of hurricane Francis as the rains saturated the ground and leaked heavily into the laundry room and daughter's bedroomx( . I guess the upside is that cleaning up with the wet vac is a good core workout, that thing REALLY SUCKS!!;-)!!
I'll heed your advise Carole and get adjusted tomorrow, hey, have you had an massages lately. The absolute most interesting work I have done was massaging after the 'Toronto International Marathon', I will never cease to marvel at long distance runners and love the energy at marathons, such a positive vibe!!!:)
