Good morning ladies...today I'll do a 5 mile run and then P90X YogaX. I need to get out an run early as it'll probably be in the low 100's today. Enjoy your workouts...:)...Carole
 
Hi Carole, I did S&H Triceps then took my son to tennis, came back and did the hi/lo segment only of MIC then did the abs off of PSSL&A.:eek: :) Whew!!! I am done. I always start out MIC thinking that I could possibly do the whole thing but by the end of the hi/lo I am done for the day!! UGH!! Guess my cardio endurance isn't what it should be.:+

Hi all,

Am about to go to bed but wanted to check in. Did P90x Plyo this morning plus Ab Ripper.

Hope Plyo and Imax2 will help me run a little faster as I'm starting to feel pressured. I found out today I have to run the Dam-to-Dam race in September in no more than 2 hours. And you have to pass certain points in specific times or they take you out of the race and your driven to the finish line by bus :(

I have no more then 50 minutes to get to the 6K marker (or get on the bus), then no more then 40 minutes to get to the 11K marker (or get on the bus) and another 30 minutes to make it to the finish line. I didn't know about this and I am a member of my company's running team since a week ago. There are others on a waiting list incase some of the members (10 max) drop out due to injury or other pressing reasons. I don't want to give up before I've even started. I know I can do 5K in 34 minutes so the 6K marker is very doable. The 11K is also very doable. But it's the last part that worries me. I really have to make good time on the first 11K.

I am scheduled to run my very first time ever 16.5K this Sunday and I will run it without Rover. To benchmark the distance. I may be totally panicking by Sunday afternoon, but you don't mind if I scream do you?
