Good morning ladies....I have planned PLB standing legwork plus PUB shoulders, triceps and maybe biceps. Then a 5 mile run...

Wendy...I think it was you that talked about the Cathe ab marathon using KPC,ME,and PUB. I did that yesteday...WOW....those last planks in PUB about killed me...great ab workout though...:)...have a great day...Carole
 
Hi, I have not done imax xtreme yesterday.I know, it seems an excuse but I was so tired.today is imax xtreme.Don't you think that is very motivaiting to say what are you going t0 do each day?.It helps me very much to not lose a day of workout. We have to be prepared for the hardcore.

I did PLB then abs off of PSSL&A and off of PSBB&A!! I am gearing up to leave again, so I am packing and doing laundry and making sure the boys get some school done today. Need to clean a little more, finish packing and get ready to go tomorrow to NC then leave early Sat. morning for Las Vegas. Pray that the storms don't delay our flights and that we make it to NC safely (driving).

Thanks have fun while I am away and play nicely.

The hotel we are staying at has a workout room so I will be getting some exercise also.:) :D :7

Easy day for me because I busted my hip on the otherday...:(
So I biked for an hour at an easy effort and did SPJ abs at the end.

Carole - you're right-the ab marathon is a killer - but wow! I might do it tonight now that you brought it up-thanks for the idea!

Stayfit- I usually post after my workouts but I always plan ahead and know what I am going to do the next day. Everyone has such great ideas on how to mix and match workouts so I definitely get inspiration from everyone on the board when planning them and it makes me look forward to them even more. :)

Annette- have a great trip!

Oh, I almost forgot - today was Step Works and I think I will go and do the Ab Marathon and Push Pull or Supersets
