Good morning ladies...today is a Yoga day for me although probably not P90X yoga. I have 2 other ones to choose from. I didn't do AbRipperX yesterday so I'll do that too. One more hot day here 105 and then it's supposed to cool off.

Hello ladies

I feel just so yucky -- woke up with a terrible sore throat yesterday, and it's still there. I hate when things interfere with my exercise routine!
Yesterday I only did 30 min hiit on the stairmaster plus MIS chest, back, abs and shoulders -- a nice "oldie" for a change.
Today I'll do probably PP (since I'm sick:D ) and some easy cardio.

I am Carole, I did Shoulders and Triceps and abs only(not the pikes) off of Pyramid Upper Body this morning and then I did 10-10-10 cardio and cooldown only. BOY all I can say is for only a 30 min. workout it is intense and the sweat was just pouring off of me.:+ :p :7 I recognize some of the moves and music from Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks.:) I am having fun trying them out. Those abs on the PUB are a killer also.

Good Morning Ladies,

I ran 8 miles yesterday and today it will be PP or SS and Spinning.
Tomorrow is my birthday and I will be taking it off to have a facial, lunch with friends and dinner with my family. Since, I don't get on the computer on the weekend, here is my workout. Saturday I will run 6 miles and PP or SS, Sunday I will do 14 miles for my long run.
