Good morning girls...I am doing P90X Yoga today and Ab Ripper that I ran out of time for yesterday. My arms feel good from the P90X workout yesterday as I increased up the weight amount...I am really looking forward to the Yoga today....enjoy your workouts....:)...Carole

I'm glad that it's Thursday everywhere today...:7 :7
I didn't do Yoga today. My Plyo did a job on my hip on Tuesday so I didn't want to aggravate it with yoga today. I did however 30 min cardio and AbripperX.

Hi all, I did Slow and Heavy Triceps and abs off that workout then I did Interval Max 1 the first 5 intervals and the cooldown and stretch.:eek: !! Oh my I forgot what a challenge that is to do. Maybe next week for my interval work I will do the last 5 intervals.

Anyway I laid out in the sun yesterday in my new 2 piece and burnt my wittle belly:+ :D !! I pulled up the tankini top to try and see if my belly would tan and oh boy did it ever it got red!!!! At least now when I wear my bra top while exercising with no shirt over it my belly isn't stark white anymore,LOL!!!:7

Anyway have a great workout!!:D
 
Sorry girls, didn't workout. Had to feed my kids right after work and go to an art viewing immediately after. Didn't come back till late.
