Hello ladies,
I really had some down time in the lab today, so I used it to my advantage and did S&H legs/shoulders, abs, and KPC. (Yes, I do work out while I am at work.) I will sleep well tonite. I have 10 lbs to go to my goal weight of 119. (I'm 5-5, 129/130) It has been tough to wean myself from sweets. Have fun exercizing all.
