Good morning girls. A very sad day for me but I did the ankle weight part of Legs & Glutes and then P90X Yoga. I liked the yoga and good for today as I didn't sleep well last night. We had to put one of our dogs down..
..he was quite old, 15 and for a wolf cross that's pretty good. He just wasn't able to get up on his own anymore and I feel he his in alot of pain. Enjoy your workouts and I know I'll feel better tomorrow...
