Workout Thurs 5-27

Good morning girls. A very sad day for me but I did the ankle weight part of Legs & Glutes and then P90X Yoga. I liked the yoga and good for today as I didn't sleep well last night. We had to put one of our dogs down..:(..he was quite old, 15 and for a wolf cross that's pretty good. He just wasn't able to get up on his own anymore and I feel he his in alot of pain. Enjoy your workouts and I know I'll feel better tomorrow...:)...Carole
 
Oh Carole I am sooo sorry about your dog, we had to put one down last Sept. it was the hardest thing my dh has ever done. Just remember the fond times you had with him.:)

I did Slow and Heavy Triceps and then All Step minus the shoulder work but with the ab work. I was down another half a pound from my low so maybe I will hit goal soon.:D :7 I only have 2.5 pounds to go now. Amazing that one weekend of no working out could set me back by 4 pounds but now I have made up for it and lost an extra half a pound.:7 So I am happy.

So sorry Carole. Must be really hard to take a decision like that.

It was a nice day to run overhere. I had scheduled an easy 5K run. I was really looking forward to it. But something went really wrong. Halfway through I started really feeling sick. The last 15min I just walked and ran a little, walked again,etc.

Guess I shouldn't have skipped my shake. I always make myself a shake with soy milk, banana, protein powder, instant coffee and ground flaxseed. I forgot to buy bananas so I just didn't bother.

Guess what. Mari received the P90X....yeah.

Hello gang

Carole, I'm so very sorry. I have a little dog who is with me all day, she even comes to work with me. She is indeed my shadow all day long. She is 9, I can't even imagine that one day she won't be here with me. I feel you pain. But you must think about the happy life he had and the happy times you spent together. He was one lucky dog to have a human like you who took care of him so well for so long.:)

I did 20 min bike today and half of the yoga, plus the AbRipper that I never had a chance to do yesterday.
My son is so pshyched for this P90X, he wants to start doing it on Monday! I created a monster....
