My turn to start! I am planning on Karen Voights floor leg section, abs from something of Cathe's, then a 4 mile run, depending on my Achilles. Upper body from PS, Chest, back and biceps. Then maybe a little of KPC...I have some extra time before work, which is great for a LONGER workout!...have a great day!...Carole
edited to say...my run went great! NO PAIN! I ended up doing just Chest from PS, then back and biceps from CTX. Also (cuz I felt so good from the run)40 min of KPC. Tomorrow might just be a short workout...
