Well actually, I didn't work out at all. Something really weird is going on with my body. My knees bother me for no apparent reason, my weight is still 3 pounds up, I have terrible cramps in my calves (the kind where you immediately jump up and try to stretch your calves but the cramp is so bad you have to push your heel hard down to the floor cause it just won't stretch). Last time I had cramps like that I was pregnant and my body was low on magnesium and some other mineral I can't remember. My neck/shoulders are bothering me (whiplash related) and I am experiencing some major headaches. And I have a sudden craving for sugar. Sofar I've resisted temptation eating a lot of fruit. I don't know girls, all this in the last five days. And I'm not even close to ToTM. It has been very warm overhere since Wednesday, but I just can't believe the heat is causing all this. It is totally @$#%@ my work out schedule (pardon my french
.
Sorry, had to vent.
Annette, you're a better mum than me. I send my kids upstairs to watch on our other (and not so great) tv. That's a nasty bug you have. Hope it goes away soon.
Mari, running has been great, I was up to 16.8K for my long runs, slichtly over race distance and last Sunday I had a pretend race day to bench mark my time. I did much better than I thought. That's why I'm a little depressed things haven't been so great the last few days. What was San Franciso like? Seems like a fun place to be. Especially if they have great chocolate
Have a great day all

I just thought of something. My doctor changed my daily pain medication. I went from Piroxicam to Diclofenac for about 12 days and than he changed it back again. Could that be it?
