Hi guys. I love this site and it is so great knowing you are all here. I need some suggestions about what I should be doing. I've been reading threads and understand that Cathy is extremely busy and I would be so grateful for some help.
I am 5'2", I weigh 170. My thighs are huge!! I've been dancing since 4 and never lost the muscle mass. My waist is 32", my hips 42". I can touch my thumb and index finger around my wrists, if that gives you any ideas about my frame. I've always been this shape. I just want to get leaner.
I've tried Atkins. That worked but it's too hard. I'm Italian. That should say it all. Now I'm watching what I eat starch, sugar etc. And I don't eat 3 hours before bed.
I exercize 5-6 days a week including walking,(not running) and cardio. I love Cathe's workouts. I just need some ideas about which ones I should do and when. I have the Intensity series and just ordered Low max. Also I have Rhythmic Step. My thighs are both about 27" so I don't want to get any bigger.
