I heard about your tapes several months ago from a co-worker. We had both used The Firm tapes and she had your Maximum Intensity. She let me borrow it and I have since ordered several of your tapes. Never thought I would find a tape I enjoyed more than The Firm until I ordered your tapes!!
My question I am hoping you can help me with is this. I am 5'5 and weigh 146. In a typical week I will do a 30/40 minute leg workout 3x a week, 30/40 upper body 2x a week and try to incorporate 20 minutes of cardio 4x a week. I work out first thing in the morning (4:30 am) as it works best for my schedule.
I change my routines weekly rather than every 8-12 weeks. My diet is very good! I am not seeing the fat loss with this routine as I had hoped. Do you have any suggested changes in my workout schedule/routines? Also, wondered if working a muscle group more than 2x a week two much?
